Dear colleagues and all interested in ancient Egypt, I am part of a group that are organizing the next October 2006 Egyptology Conference in Lisbon. We are finishing the online information so you all can apply and send your abstracts if you want to come. The theme is "Erotism in Ancient Egypt". Professors Lisa Manniche, Erik Hornung and Josep Padro are officially confirmed; we have other distinguished guests not yet official... All the details will be posted shortly; as soon as our team finishes the bureaucracy, the webdesign performances and we have all the confirmations. The Conferences will be held at the beautiful and world distinguished Museum of Pharmacy in Lisbon. We will have an email for you to send all your questions soon.
